We all have our very own ‘uniform’ that each of us goes back to because it feels ‘right.’ For me, it’s a pair of flare leg denim, usually medium wash, a v-neck tee with some sort of print on it, and a sickly constructed, sharp blazer or jacket. This is my mode of choice, so there should be no surprise to the reader (or any of my other friends) that I’ve gone with a ‘How to Wear’ look post revolving around a look built around an uber-flattering pair of flare-leg pants, courtesy of Barbara Tfank’s Fall 2001 collection.
First, take a look at the runway inspiration:
I’m loving the cropped jacket that has a bit of a vintage throw-back to it, and of course, I’m swooning over the pant whose hem barely grazes the surface of the floor. From there, it’s just about adding in a few accessories to finish it off. Here is my take on how to wear the look :

I had never really even heard of Barbara Tfank until reviewing the runways last week, and I’m more than elated to add the name to my go-to repertoire of designers I use for inspiration.
