Tibi? Yes-ie | A Dress to Love.

A Draped, Print-Dress from Tibi & How to Wear It:

If I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again, “I love Tibi.” The prints are on-point, without fail, and the cuts, completely flattering. This dress hits the fashion nail on the head (Bob Vila moment). The print is definitely not a ‘shy’ one, but not busy enough to send you over the edge into silk, draped, sensory overload. Not to mention, the shape works well with the sleeves, the length, and the cinching at the waist.

Now on to how to wear it below…

1. Tibi Printed Draped Dress- $128 from $368 (www.neimanmarcus.com) 2. Pour La Victoire ‘Lissa’ Open-Toe Pump- $195 (www.endless.com) 3. House of Harlow 1960 Tiered Coin Earrings- $172 (www.boutiquetoyou.com) 4. Ecote Antiqued Metallic Beaded Clutch- $38 (www.urbanoutfitters.com)

I’ve gone on and on about the dress, so that’s covered. So on to the ‘how to wear it’ part.  We’re talking accessories, and that is as easy as, ’1, 2, 3.’

First, the open-toe, black patent pumps from Pour la Victoire. I like the idea of adding some weight to the bottom half of this dress-look by using the substantial heel and platform on these pumps. They’re also the kind of shoe you will get plenty of use out of for evening or at the office (depending on the office).

The all-over beaded clutch is essentially a no-brainer at $38. The metallic pop isn’t too flashy, but just enough to keep you interested. Plus, you have a seamless tie-in to the tiered gold coin earrings from House of Harlow, without edging on too matchy-matchy.

There you have it, one take on how to wear this gorgeous Tibi dress.

Tibi is bringing it with the above printed silk dress, but that’s just one option amongst so many. See more of my dress favorites and how to wear them
