I adore a striped sweater at the moment. I can’t seem to get enough of a bulky knit over a skinny, streamlined pant. This sweater is an oldie but a goodie, a Perry Ellis, boat-neck sweater that’s completely vintage and completely versatile. It’s a slicked up look and I think, just because I’m convinced I’m personally forcing the onset of Fall with my ensembles (delusional, no, owner of a vivid imagination, yep), I’m willing it to finally get here with a trench coat. I don’t have that pictured below, it just came to me, so I’m going with it. A cream trench from Banana Republic, just enough classic to add to an edgy look.
Here’s today’s look:

K, k, fine, here’s the trench. It’s always better to show than tell, or at least, that’s what my Rhetoric 101 professor always told me.

So here’s the look of the day. It’s striped, it’s streamlined, and it has a little shiny shine to it that helps to make it my own. See more of the looks, my looks, past and present, all lined up here.

Great look! I’m a huge fan of stripes, in fact I’m even wearing stripes right now

Love the trench coat as well!
